Belford Place is situated just 10 minutes walk from Edinburgh’s city centre, this lovely bed and breakfast sits along a quiet country lane close to the Water of Leith. The house has a warm and inviting atmosphere with beautiful surroundings and gardens which guests can enjoy at their leisure.
All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and Molton Brown accessories, large towels and dressing gowns. Each room is equipped with a TV, free Wi-Fi internet access, hairdryer, min fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.
Breakfast is served in the dining room from 8am till 9am (unless otherwise requested). Choose from continental breakfast with toast and fresh croissants or fully cooked breakfast with black pudding, sausages, bacon, fresh eggs all prepared in a beautiful Aga. Breakfast is accompanied by a range of teas, coffees and fruit juices. Sue’s delicious fresh fruit salad is served over the summer months. We are happy to cater for specific dietary needs if notified in advance.
Nearby attractions include the fantastic Gallery of Modern Art, Dean Art Gallery, Murrayfield Stadium, and excellent local cycle and walking paths. It has excellent transport links with a bus route at the top of the road that will take you into the centre and Haymarket station only 15 mins walk away. Shuttle buses also run from Haymarket out to the airport. The property benefits from free on-site car parking and secure luggage storage.
